Booking Policy for Soda Sand Surf Escapes

At Soda Sand Surf Escapes, we are committed to providing our guests with a unique and memorable surfing experience. To ensure that we have the resources and staff to meet your needs, we have established the following booking policy.

All bookings for Soda Sand Surf Escapes must be made at least one month in advance. This allows us sufficient time to secure accommodations, equipment, and staffing for your trip.

To make a booking, please complete our online booking form or contact us directly to discuss your needs. A 100% of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking. 

If you are required to cancel your trip due to COVID-19-related travel restrictions or illness, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future Soda Sand Surf Escape.

To be eligible for the credit, you must provide documentation of the COVID-19-related reason for cancellation, such as a doctor's note or official travel advisory. The credit can be applied to a future trip within one year of the original trip start date, subject to availability and any price differences between the original and future trips.

Please note that the credit is non-transferable and non-refundable. Additionally, any costs associated with travel arrangements, such as flights or accommodations, are the responsibility of the guest and are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual providers.

Soda Sand Surf Escapes reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions in response to changing circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic

We understand that circumstances may arise that cause you to cancel your reservation with us. However, we have a strict no-refund policy for cancelations made less than 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. If your cancelation is made more than 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a 50% refund back into the bank account in the booking was made.

No-shows or cancelations made less than 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date will not be refunded. We encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations For more information on our no-refund policy, please contact us.

Our refund policy takes into account various circumstances that may arise and affect your trip. In case of any cancelation made by us, we will reach out to you directly and provide a 100% refund, depending on the reason for the cancelation.
